Junior's Cafe is the culmination of the minds of the Payes Family. From the menu, to our notable plant wall, Junior's Cafe has been a process that took everyone in order to manifest it into what it is today: a warm, inviting, and relaxing establishment dedicated to providing our customers with delicious meals and amazing beverages.

The Payes Family, consisting of, Jasmine, Junior, Hortensia, and Braulio (who is depicted in the logo) built Junior's Cafe from scratch,

and it took a lot to get everything up and running. However, they made it happen with hard work, dedication, perseverance, and most of all, patience.

And it is because of this very patience, that we have come to choose the phrase that welcomes all and shines brightest in our cafe.

After all, the saying remains true, not only for this story, but also in life that:
